Recently our family decided to visit Charleston , SC and after talking to several reservation agents at different companies I had the good fortune to call your Isle of Palms office and talk to Lisa Leopold.

Lisa found a great place for us to stay on short notice, described the area and made recommendations of restaurants and places to visit.  She is friendly, polite and professional.  In these times when poor service is the norm, it is a welcome change to talk to someone like Lisa who gives excellent service.  She is a great asset for your company.

Our stay at 10, 8th Ave was wonderful and provided everything we could have hoped for on our recent trip to the Isle of Palms and Charleston.  The house was lovely and worked out great for the four (five) couples who stayed there.  We will do it again and hope that house is still available next time we gather. Thanks again for making it available and a well done to the owners - they appear to be a beautiful family.  We loved their home and it made our trip so pleasant. We are clear across the country in Seattle but love our too infrequent forays to Charleston as it has as much charm and elegance as exists in our country.  I am proud to be a Citadel graduate and always feel like Charleston is home.

I would like to thank all at Resort Quest for another wonderful week at Sullivan's Island.  In the 12 years we have been coming we have used all the realty companies based on the house availability and our need and with out a doubt you are our preferred rental agent and always try to find a house with you first.

I would like to thank Jan in property services for her diligent help in finding my phone charger I left in the master bed room.  (it is an old phone hard wired for hands free in my Honda Pilot)  I have never left anything and needed it back not out of monetary value but age of my phone.  Jan was most patient with me as I called and went above and beyond in finding it and sending it to me. 

I wanted you to know of her excellent service and we look forward to renting from Resort Quest in the future.  Fran, Regan, Jim and all who we have dealt with are always pleasant and helpful.  This time the Master bed room needed a new toilet seat and who ever I spoke with that Monday handled it at once.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of the terrific service the Jenni Marsh provided to my wife, myself, and Mr. and Mrs. John Lenart, during our stay in Isle of Palms during the week of May 24th.

We have vacationed on Isle of Palms for the last 9 years and switched to Resort quest for our vacation needs a few years ago. We had never encountered any problems until this year. When we arrived at the rental home, we were very displeased with the condition of the home. When we contacted your office on Sunday, after getting to the home, we were not very successful in getting much satisfaction from the people on duty that Sunday. We stayed in the home that evening, with much dissatisfaction. Monday morning , May 24th we went to the office on Isle of Palms, were we were introduced to Jenni.

Jenni could not of been more appreciative of our less than satisfactory opinion of the property. She immediately took our problem and made it her problem. I must admit that our wives were not as professional as I would have liked. That being said, Jenni went to work to ensure that we would be satisfied with other accommodations. She let us look at two other options and we were thrilled with the new location that she was able to get us into for the week. We were so pleased with the facilities that she provided to us, that we are looking to arrange to rent it next year.

From start to finish, the reservation service was flawless and, although one would expect just that, all too often it doesn't go that way.

We have already made our reservation for May, 2008 and again, the staff was quite helpful and the reservation process went flawlessly.

Mary the concierge helped us book a restaurant one night for a large group. All the front office staff was very helpful and nice and accomodating, can't say enough about them.

I fell while crabbing and required stitches. Your employees at the CheckIn Concierge desk were terrific, and sent me to the Medical Facility at Fresh Fields [sic]. Well trained, Very Helpful.

The young lady on concierge desk went out of her way to select a restaurant for us, even providing menu cards.

Our golf coordinator, Jim Amidon, did a great job in setting up our tee times and coordinating those tee times with our arrival and departure. Additionally, we arranged for the rental of the house through him, and he was very helpful in every way. We can't say enough good things about Jim Amidon!

We had very little interaction w/ the staff other than picking up & dropping off our keys. This isn't to say that the staff wasn't there for us, we just needed very little . . . or maybe it's that our house was so well stocked and it was easy to find everything that we needed at the pool & beach so we didn't need the staff's help.

For your information, Our stay at the Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms this April was wonderful. The villa was great- very spacious and clean. We shared with another family and they were as pleased as we were. We would rent through ResortQuest again.

The gas grill on the deck was not working. When we reported it the staff BROUGHT A NEW ONE BEFORE THE DAY WAS OVER. We were most impressed at quick attention to any detail we reported.

The Concierge gave us great advice each time we asked - on restaurants, both on the island and in Charleston. She also had menus and suggestions for other things to do .

I personally did not stay at the [ResortQuest]….my wedding guests did. Our experience of booking rooms and checking out of town guests was excellent. Everyone seemed very satisfied with their space and Tina Peterson was a joy to work with. I was very proud of the manner in which everyone was treated. Having guests stay is quite involved because it is not like staying at a hotel,etc…..no breakfast, sharing rooms because you have to book for 2 nights, but it was explained and it all went very well and we thank the [ResortQuest].
