The detailed and carefully mapped out process of caring for rental properties has evolved over the years to assure quality standards for ResortQuest East Island’s Owners and guests. No other company in the area offers a minor maintenance contract, a carpet cleaning contract, Independent Inspection processes, or contracted housekeeping and maintenance companies that are solely dedicated to serve your needs. Each component of this system has been meticulously designed to anticipate pitfalls and assure quality services for both Owner and guests.

About ResortQuest

ResortQuest International manages vacation rental properties in other resort areas including, but not limited to, Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Maryland, South Carolina, and Utah. We also have partnered with companies located in California, Georgia, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, as well as in Mexico, Canada, and throughout Europe.

Our company is the oldest and largest vacation rental management company serving the East Islands. Our long standing on-island location, and now prime Palm Blvd. position, attests to the emphasis we place on providing Owners the best quality rental services possible.

We have a history of consistently producing very strong occupancy.  Not only is ResortQuest East Islands' summer season successful, but the Spring and Fall seasons produce equally as strong occupancy.

Progressive Yield Management Strategies

ResortQuest East Islands’ only focus is on renting privately owned properties. We do not market company-owned lodging in direct competition with Property Owner clients.  We truly only make money when ResortQuest East Islands’ Owners make money.

We closely monitor booking trends and occupancy levels on a routine basis throughout the year.  Our hands-on tactics ensure that we are capturing competitive rental rates and highest occupancy levels to maximize an Owner’s bottom line.

Commissions

Please call for a competitive analysis to discuss commission structure. Factors such as location, grade-of-property, comparables’ history, etc. will be included in this competitive analysis.  For Owner booked reservations where the Owner collects rental fees we charge a reduced commission fee and a small co-ordination fee. You will never be charged for credit card fees.

Front Desk

ResortQuest East Islands’ high profile Front Desk is located in Ocean Park Plaza right on the Isle of Palms Connector, once through the only traffic light on the Isle of Palms. It is open from 7:30am to 6pm (5pm in off peak seasons), seven days a week, year-round, and provides check-in/check-out services, photocopying, and other related guest services.

Reservations

ResortQuest East Island’s reservation's office is also open from 8am to 6pm, seven days a week, year-round. The well-trained staff prides itself on its professional handling of inquiries and, as important, its personal concern in dealing with Owner reservations and requests for information. After hours calls are handled by the ResortQuest Call Center, which can assist potential guests with reservation questions as well as contact on-call staff in case of emergencies, enabling us to help guests 24 hours a day.

Reservation Flexibility: Reservations in your property can have different levels of service depending upon what you want provided to the guest.  Please contact the Owner Liaison for detailed information and understanding of the various reservation levels offered.

Owner Flexibility

We believe in giving Property Owners options as to what types of reservations will be allowed in your property, as it is your investment.  These options can range from discounts to pet friendly.  Please contact the Owner Liaison to discuss ResortQuest’s flexibility.

QuestPerks

All Property Owners partnering with ResortQuest via the Rental Management Program are eligible to use QuestPerks. QuestPerks offers exclusive Benefits and Privileges for ResortQuest Homeowners and their families. QuestPerks provides extraordinary vacation privileges within the ResortQuest family and significant added-value such as:

  • Rental rates will reflect any available discounts minus commissions and fees. Taxes are applicable.
  • Stays within same geographic locations as your property are provided at significant discounts based on ResortQuest’s management fees. Please check with your QuestPerks coordinator for rates and conditions.
  • Go where you want, when you want – only request is to make your reservations no more than 30 days in advance and stay no longer than 7 days. Please avoid Christmas, New Year’s and other major holiday periods.
  • Should your property ever be utilized for a QuestPerk’s discounted stay, you will receive the same rental return you would have received under the terms of your rental contract.
  • Advance reservations assistance for area activities.
